Tookie, Live or Die?

in order to answer the question
should tookie live or die
one must first understand justice

what is justice

as the law of nature is physical equlibrium
the law of justice is moral equilibrium

once equilibrium has been disturbed
how is the plaintiff
able to regain equilibrium

especially if the plaintiff is a child, aged and/or infirm

whoever possesses equilibrium
can and may judge
and at times is morally obliged to judge
when equilibrium has been disturbed

the one who possesses equilibrium
can and must determine how to restore equilibrium
and establish peace

when equilibrium has been reestablished
there is no further need
to complain or defend
the matter is settled
there is peace

in the case of tookie
has equilibrium been reestablished

who is complaining
and why are they complaining

i believe that grace or mercy is greater than justice
because it reestablishes equilibrium
and elevates both parties to a higher level of resolution
represented in the blissful state of love sharing and deep inner joy
i support establishing this higher equilibrium in the world
one day i hope to see it as a universal standard
however at this time
this higher equilibrium is rejected
by those who seek the legalistic form of equilibrium
moses represented one
jesus the other

where is tookie

here's another view of the higher equilibrium

love life or truth is equilibrium

god is the plaintiff
mankind is the diffendant

when love life and truth
is reestablished in the heart of man
there is higher equilibrium

understand this reality
and be the judge of true peace

this is the eternal life
and peace
of jesus
through his execution
on the cross
for our sins
reconciliation
restoration
and a higher equilibrium
for all of mankind

may god have mercy
on the soul of tookie
